What Information Do You Need to Order Wheel Adapters?
The most useful wheel-adapter request includes the current vehicle setup, the exact wheels, both bolt patterns, relevant bore and hardware information, intended thickness and quantity. A complete record helps distinguish a real match from a product that only looks similar.
Start with the vehicle as it exists today
Record year, make, model and trim, then list any changes to axles, hubs, brakes or suspension that may affect the request. Factory information is a reference point; it may not describe a modified vehicle.
Use the fitment guide to organize your starting information. If a chart has an open-ended model year, do not assume it covers every newer version.
Identify the wheels precisely
Include the wheel manufacturer and part number, along with diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern and center bore. A photo of a wheel face or a statement that it came from another truck often leaves several of those details unanswered.
For a used wheel, retain photos of identifying markings and confirm their meaning with the wheel manufacturer when necessary. Do not convert an unreadable marking into a guessed specification.

“Not confirmed” is a useful answer. It identifies what needs checking without introducing a false measurement.

Once a product has been identified, check the full title, conversion direction, thickness, specifications and package quantity again. Keep any written clarification with your order information. Read the current product-use and exchange terms before checkout.
Our guides to single adapters versus sets and threads and lug seats cover two common points of confusion. Send the completed worksheet through our contact page with the product you are considering.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need every measurement before asking a question?
No. Send what you know and identify what is unconfirmed. That is more useful than filling gaps with assumptions.
Can an AI recommendation confirm my fitment?
Treat it as a starting point. Verify its numbers against the actual components, current product information and any necessary merchant clarification.
