A 6x135 to 6x139.7 adapter is the same bolt-pattern conversion described as 6x135 to 6x5.5. The 5.5-inch wheel-side diameter equals 139.7 mm. It does not equal the 135 mm vehicle-side diameter.

Translate the name before comparing products

Here is the conversion written without shorthand: six vehicle-side lugs on a 135 mm circle, to six wheel-side lugs on a 139.7 mm circle. In the catalog, the wheel side may appear as 6x5.5.
